Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Refund Policy

At US Patriot Armory, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and are committed to providing excellent service to every customer. Because we are a licensed retailer and not a manufacturer, all products are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.


1. General Return Policy

We accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unfired, unused, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, parts, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before shipping an item back.

  • Items sent back without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

2. Firearms Returns

By law, once a firearm has been transferred to you by your receiving FFL dealer, it cannot be returned.

Please inspect your firearm at the FFL location before accepting the transfer.
If there are visible defects, damage, or an incorrect item was shipped, ask the FFL to refuse the transfer and contact US Patriot Armory immediately.

Once a firearm has been transferred, any warranty or service issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Firearms once transferred to a customer

  • Ammunition and ammunition components

  • NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.)

  • Used, blemished, or “as-is” items

  • Apparel that has been worn or washed

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Any product specifically marked as non-returnable

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately and we will arrange the appropriate correction or replacement.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will coordinate with the manufacturer or shipping carrier as needed to resolve the issue quickly.

When possible, we’ll assist you in submitting a manufacturer warranty claim for replacement or repair.

To speed up processing, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect


5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to approved returns that are not defective or shipped in error:

  • Firearms, frames, or receivers: $40 per item, up to $80 maximum per order

  • All other items: up to 15% of the item’s price

Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error on our part.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
If your payment method is no longer valid, we can issue a store credit at your request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our Customer Service team.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return (if eligible).

US Patriot Armory reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to product availability, pricing errors, compliance issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.


8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
For approved warranty or error-related returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable carrier service and keeping your shipping receipt for your records.


9. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Since US Patriot Armory is not a manufacturer, any firearm or accessory that develops an issue after initial inspection or use must be serviced directly by the manufacturer under their warranty policy.

We’re happy to assist you in locating contact information or initiating a warranty claim with the appropriate manufacturer.

Failure to comply may result in the loss of refund or return eligibility, as well as potential legal consequences.
